Hybrid Global Sourcing Development Model:
Each of the options, Onsite, NearShore and
Offshore, offers different merits and fit
different scenarios. In many cases, IT
project plans can be optimized by utilizing
IDS resources in a combination of delivery
models. Placing the right IDS project and
account managers, team-leads, and technical
resources at the right locations provides
the client the desired combination of
control, delivery time, internal resource
utilization, access to infrastructure, and
favorable cost.
