• the project is short-term or small scale

• infrastructure requirements dictate at least partial onsite delivery

NearShore /Offshore model

IDS will provide highly-qualified consultants and the location and infrastructure to support their activities. Consultants can work remotely in concert with client team members, or largely independently on particular project or phase. The work location is in the geographic vicinity of the client's facilities.

Requirements of NearShore/ Offshore model:

• there are fluid requirements
• the project is not stand-alone/integration considerations are moderately complex
• the client wants significant participation in the development process
• client site infrastructure or space limitations dictate offsite delivery

  Hybrid Global Sourcing Development Model:

Each of the options, Onsite, NearShore and Offshore, offers different merits and fit different scenarios. In many cases, IT project plans can be optimized by utilizing IDS resources in a combination of delivery models.
